Bull-dog Tonkatsu sauce

Tonkatsu sauce is what you eat with, of course, Tonkatsu. Tonkatsu is a breaded, deep-fried pork schnitzel. The sweet and sour taste of the sauce goes perfectly with the crispness of the schnitzel.
